OK, so we already know who’s going to be there, but looking at the actual schedule of events planned for Sunday on paper really makes you appreciate just how brilliant an event it’s going to be.

If you, like us, have been furiously counting down the days until Bavaria City Racing comes to Dublin, then your excitement should be hitting fever pitch around now, only 24 hours before Jenson Button and the stellar cast of some of the fastest, most powerful and best-looking machines in motorsport come to the capital.

Preparations for the event are already well underway and have been for some time, but then again, a schedule filled with five hours of non-stop motorsport demonstrations takes almost military level planning.

The fruits of the organisers’ labour will be there for all to see tomorrow, however, so take a glance at the timetable below and mark down the ones that you’ll be muscling your way to the front of the crowd to get the best view. Need we remind you that the event is FREE and there are going to be up on 100,000 people in attendance, so you might have to do a bit of creative wriggling through the crowds to make your way to the barriers.

Jenson Button’s appearances at approximately 1.20pm and 2.35pm are bound to be the most popular attractions, but demonstrations from the Group B rally cars, the off-road buggies, the drift cars and the Superbikes –one of which will be driven by our own Eugene Laverty – will also give the crowds plenty of entertainment.

The quality of the event schedule speaks for itself and it will be an occasion the likes of which Dublin and Ireland haven’t seen before. So cancel whatever plans you might have for tomorrow and make your way into the city centre for what will be a motorsport extravaganza.

You won’t regret it.
