Our latest in the finest Jameson cocktails is perhaps a little more feminine, though no less essential. Ladies and gents, we give you the Jameson Manhattan Caramel.

This is a sweeter and fruitier version of the classic and perfect for anyone celebrating a drink this weekend. The addition of the sweet sherry really brings out the whiskey's sherry notes.

This twisted Manhattan is equally enjoyed at home before or after a meal as it is so rich and luscious.  Take a look at our simple directions below and watch the above clip and before you know it you'll be basking in the sweet, sweet taste of another unique twist on the classic taste of Jameson.

What you'll need

- 50ml Jameson

- 50ml Lillet Rouge

- 10ml Sweet Sherry

- Dash Regans Orange Bitters

- Orange Twist

Stir the Jameson, Lillet and Bitters in a mixing glass filled with rock ice and then strain into a chilled Martini glass before garnishing with the orange twist.
