Our Pic of the Day today is an action-packed one coming from the Olympic Canoeing event.

Ireland’s Eoin Rheinisch came into the day having had an injury, but a great two times put him through to the semi-finals this coming Wednesday.

Rheinisch got off to a great start posting a time of 89.87 and a second run of 90.72 in the fast-paced Canoe Slalom event.

The ten best times on Wednesday should make the final and to be honest it’s a great event to watch and you can see that in the all-action pick of Eoin today above.
