The Lions tour is just around the corner, so get some last minute cramming in with a preview, enjoy a classic Back to the Future flick, and Graham Norton welcomes J-Lo

By no means is this the best one of the trilogy, but Back to the Future is a series that we really enjoy. Besides, this one is set in the Wild West, complete with gunslingers and cowboy hats. We've always secretly wanted a Delorean too, even if it can't help us to travel through time.

Graham Norton Show, BBC One, 10.35pm

This Friday night show is now pretty much an institution, but this week we're happy to see J-Lo and her famous behind having a seat on the couch. We wonder what sort of weird demands she made on her rider for this one...
