This week's star of the Snickers "You're not you when you're hungry" feature is none other than Mr Kim Kardashian himself, Kanye West.
By Eoghan Doherty

He’s posed as a black Jesus Christ and announced on live US television that George Bush hates black people, so it’s fair to say this man’s done a lot of bonkers things in his time. In fact, we’re pretty sure he’s going to keep on doing bonkers things but, for this week’s moment of madness, we’re opting for the time that poor Taylor Swift got Kanyed at the 2009 MTV VMA Awards.
By Kanye West of all people.
I mean, just look at her, why would you want to upset her at all?

While receiving her award for Best Female Video of the Year, Swift was interrupted on the mike by a clearly hungry Kanye West. The fool grabbed the mike off her and proceeded to announce to the thousands of fans and fellow celebrities present that Beyonce should have whooped her ass instead – “I’mmma really happy for you. I’mmma gonna let you finish...”
Have a look here in all it’s cringe-worthy goodness:
The rapper did apologise though after he suffered the mother of all backlashes for his actions and also had a wee cry to himself. No, not in the privacy of his own home like a normal person but live on the Jay Leno Show in front of millions of people:
Kanye West isn’t without his redeeming features though. The man makes some great music, including Through The Wire, the track he admirably recorded when his broken jaw was wired shut. We’re sure he had his Snickers mashed up for him when he was laying down this particular track:
And of course it’s hard to argue with the man who’s married to Kim Kardashian. I mean, he must be doing something right, right?

In the past, if you wanted to be privy to the mad-man’s inner brain workings then all you had to do was keep an eye on his Twitter feed. Unfortunately though, he’s cleaned that particular slate recently and is down to only one tweet, a move that is clearly an attempt to promote something or other that we don’t really care about.
Fortunately for us though, Jimmy Kimmel decided to get his good friend and international singing superstar Josh Groban to sing a collection of Kanye’s best tweets before they were all deleted. Enjoy them in all their splendour here:
Kimmel's wasn't the only musical tribute to Kanye though and the world rejoiced when the geniuses at South Park decided to get involved. Kanye's a Gay Fish don't you know:
As we said above, we’re pretty sure that Kanye West will continue to provide the world with unintentional comedy goodness for many years to come so we can all sleep easy in that regard. The even BETTER news is that there’s another little Kanye junior on the way so we’re talking decades of these ridiculous family actions.
Speaking of Kanye junior (who's due in July), the happy couple haven’t decided on a name just yet but JOE’s happy to provide them with some excellent suggestions to mull over in the meantime:
North By North West, Fred West, The Wicked Witch of the West and, the one that’d probably be their favourite, You’re Simply the West.
You’re welcome Wests. You’re welcome.
