Pic: Philly from Tallafornia ain’t too happy with this “fan photo”

We've been sent in this pic of Tallafornia 'star' Philip beside a young lad from Kildare and it's causing a bit of a ruckus... that might see someone being sued.

The offending pic features a young unnamed lad from Kildare and Philip ‘Philly’ Penny from Tallafornia in a shopping centre somewhere in the country.

It looks like your typical ‘Look who I saw today’ picture of a celebrity, but the young lad actually has the word ‘Prick’ drawn on his arm with an arrow pointing in the direction of Philly.

The picture isn’t sitting too well with Philly who has taken to Facebook to vent his rage. Here’s what he has said so far.

Whether you think the image is offensive enough to warrant a court case or whether it’s just a bit of craic, "Philly" who was the first man to use the phrase "your ma" on live TV (as far as we know) didn't take too kindly to it.
