To be sure, to be sure – Megan Fox reveals she is a fan of leprechauns

She is hardly the first American to proclaim her love for leprechauns, but we would have no problem indulging Megan Fox in her love of the Irish fairies.

There are not many certainties in life, but having a conversation with an American about the little green men is pretty much a guarantee. In a rather odd interview with Esquire magazine, the Transformers star has revealed she is a firm believer in leprechauns.

“We should all believe in leprechauns. I’m a believer….” she says.  “What distracts me from my reality is Bigfoot. They are my celebrities,” she added.

While the many euphemisms in the article are entertaining – “deep in Megan’s house” etc. -, the interview is a little odd as the writer Stephen Marche is obviously a big fan of the actress.

“The symmetry of her face, up close, is genuinely shocking. The lip on the left curves exactly the same way as the lip on the right. The eyes match exactly.”

“What she is is flawless. There is absolutely nothing wrong with her.”

We know what you mean Stephen, but easy up. And as for Megan, there would be plenty of men only too happy to show her around Ireland to catch a glimpse of a leprechaun.
