Were you watching the Rose of Tralee last night? Neither were we but we heard about the Dublin Rose, Siobheal Nic Eochaidh, doing something they call hip-hop dancing.
We're not so sure that the moves Siobheal breaks out with are street legit anymore but nonetheless in the most uncoventional way imaginable for the pageant-loving folk in the Dome last night, this chick obviously thought she was from the Ghetto.
Ditching the Mary Black songs, the tin-whistling and céili dancing, Siobheal opted to show what she was made of, gangsta style.
Many Rose lovers are saying the dance to the track 'Lose Your Mind' hindered her chances of winning the competition but we get the impression it had more to with that look in her eyes of having totally lost control of what she was doing.
If this is was the best "talent" she had to offer, then we're pretty sure the judges got it spot on.
Who won, by the way? Ah yes, Queensland's Tara Talbot.
