It's a time-honoured tradition: music artist gets a degree of success at home, whether home is Killarney, Kilmainham or Kazakhstan, and then plots Breaking America.
It's happened for some: The Beatles, definitely, Blur, sort of. And it hasn't for others. We're looking at you, Noel Gallagher.
And now, Limerick's very own Rubberbandits have kicked off their attempt to make it big Stateside and get their paws on lots of that sweet dollar.
Not to mention a bit of flap. Or booty.
