Last Sunday, Bavaria City Racing took over Dublin’s city centre and thrilled the crowd with some spectacular motorised madness, led by F1 star Jenson Button. Here’s the best bits.

Despite the slightly damp conditions huge crowds turned out last Sunday to see what all the fuss was about as Bavaria City Racing rolled into Dublin for the first time. For petrolheads, it was Christmas and their birthday rolled into one.

The undoubted highlight was former F1 champion Jenson Button and his mighty McLaren. The sight of the enormously powerful machine roaring past the Custom House will live with anyone who was there for a very long time.
