Audio: The ridiculous list of questions One Direction aren’t allowed answer in interviews

So we knew that certain celebrities won’t answer questions about certain topics, but the list of no-go areas for One Direction is just taking the p*ss.

The One Direction lads are obviously still young, impressionable and potentially prone to the odd gaffe or two and it’s understandable that they have to be handled with a degree of care by their record company.

If the above audio piece is any indication of how they’re currently looked after, however, it won’t be too long before they resemble robots with little or no personality whatsoever. Or has that already happened (We're joking, we're joking)?

The folks from Canadian radio show The Morning Hot Tub secured an interview with One Direction’s Zayn Malik recently, or at least they thought they did, until they realised the ridiculous amount of perfectly acceptable questions they weren’t allowed ask the man who has already broken millions of pre-teen hearts.

You’ll hear all the no-go questions rattled off by Malik’s handler in the clip above, but amongst the topics that were off limits were money, religion, girlfriends, the X-Factor, celebrity crushes and the best pranks the band have played on each other. We didn't hear anything about their music being off limits, but in truth, who wants to ask them about that?

With such a limited subject interview to work with, needless to say the interview didn’t go very well, although it’s pretty funny at the same time.
