With another Monday upon us, what better way to put a smile on your face than with JOE's Monday Feelgood Track.

Released in 1988, this Prefrab Sprout classic is the bands biggest selling UK single, peaking at number 7 all them years ago and a great showcase of Paddy McAloon’s ability to write a gem of a pop tune.

Whilst they may not have reached the same heights commercially as ‘The King of Rock and Roll’, their follow up albums to 1988’s ‘From Langley Park to Memphis’, were met with much critical acclaim. Their 1990 album, ‘Jordan: The Comeback’ was nominated for a Brit Award and peaked at number 7 in the UK album charts.
