His fellow Knight of the Realm Paul McCartney was unplugged in front of tens of thousands of fans in London last week ... but for Sir Bob Geldof his own singing ban is a much smaller affair.
McCartney’s stint on stage with Bruce Springsteen in Hyde Park was cut short by organisers on “health and safety” grounds at the end of a three-and-a-half-hour gig from The Boss.

Peaches is marrying musician Thomas Cohen and she’s adamant that her dad will not be on hand to spoil the moment.
She said, “I think he’d probably like to [sing], to be honest. But I think it would put a weird Freudian spin on the event.”
