Tonight on the telly we've got Irish criminals caught on camera and Irish footballers starring in this week's latest Airtricity League highlights.

Main Event: Ireland Caught on Camera, TV3, 10pm

The story of Dubliner Chris McAuley, who suffered a broken jaw when an assailant tried to take his phone. Plus, footage of car thefts and items being stolen from locker rooms, and a look at a self-defence class where people learn ways of fighting back against attackers

Sporting Pick: MNS, RTÉ Two, 7.00pm

Con Murphy is joined by Liam Coyle, Pat Dolan and Pat Morley to introduce highlights of the latest Airtricity League Premier Division fixtures, which were Cork City v Derry City, Drogheda United v Bray Wanderers, St Patricks Athletic v Bohemians, UCD v Dundalk, Shelbourne v Shamrock Rovers and Sligo Rovers v Monaghan United

Movie Pick: Faultline, RTÉ Two, 11.50pm

A professor discovers unusual seismic readings that spell doom for a nearby island. He realises his estranged wife is staying at a resort there and races to the rescue, but it seems he is too late when an earthquake leaves her trapped in a network of underground tunnels. Disaster movie, starring Doug Savant, Brandy Ledford and John Novak
