Investigators are still cleaning up the wreckage from the Air Asiana Boeing 777 that crashed in San Francisco last week, but one news channel in Oakland recently made a seriously embarrassing error when naming the four pilots on board.
It’s usually funny when news readers make a mess of their lines on live TV but this error from KTVU TV in Oakland California is just absolutely appalling…

How did someone in the station not pick up on the errors, considering they're so bloody obvious, and what in the name of God was the person thinking when they wrote them down in the first place? Lets just hope someone gets a right bollocking to over it.
Even Ron Burgundy would be ashamed...
