The Galway Golden Dawn isn’t only “a nice sipper for any day of the year”; it’s different from anything you have ever tasted before in your life … very different.

The ingredients of a Galway Golden Dawn differ wildly from your average Bloody Mary or Long Island Ice Tea and the process of making it, as the boys from TG4’s Rásaí na Gaillimhe 2 discover above, can be pretty hard to bear.

The successful series returns to TG4 next Wednesday and if the above clip is anything to go by, there’ll be plenty of thrills and spills in store.
