Yep, this guy definitely deserves his own spin-off show.
Fans of Breaking Bad will be feeling somewhat mixed emotions ahead of the final eight episodes of the show that are coming next month. Yes, there’s ridiculous excitement about finding out how one of the best dramas in recent years will reach a conclusion, but sadness at the fact that once these eight episodes are over, that the show will be no more.
It’s not all bad, however, as there are said to be plans to base a spin-off show around one of the programme’s most entertaining characters, Saul Goodman, a crooked lawyer with some instantly recognisable catchphrases.
Played by Bob Odenkirk, Saul Goodman is devoid of any morals whatsoever but still manages to be charming and quite likeable and often manages to dominate scenes in the show, which is saying something considering that most of them also involve main characters Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.
Saul has delivered some memorable and often hilarious lines during his run on the show and the folks at Huffington Post have put together a brilliant superset of his best bits to whet the appetite ahead of the last season and, hopefully, a show of his own.
Better call Saul!
