Featuring Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell and Ed Harris, the film tells of a police psychologist working to talk down an ex-con who is threatening to jump from a Manhattan hotel rooftop, all the while that the biggest diamond heist ever committed is in motion.

It's an interest set-up to be sure, while the stellar cast and unique premise have certainly got us on tenderhooks - and that's just from a two-minute trailer.

Man on a Ledge hits Irish cinemas on February 3, so it won't be long until we figure out just exactly what's going on. For now, enjoy the baffling but also quite exciting trailer above.
