Egypt's Last Secret behind the scenes at a leading forensic pathology lab, where scientists have been busy unlocking the secret of how the Egyptians of the ancient 18th Dynasty were able to preserve the bodies of their greatest pharaohs for millennia. A terminally ill man volunteers to donate his body to experts, who having uncovered the complex blend of ingredients necessary for the process, prepare to create a 21st-century mummy. Watch as the scientists transform Taxi man Alan’s body into a preserved mummy.

Sporting Pick: Airtricity League Live – UCD v Shamrock Rovers, RTE Two, 7pm

UCD v Shamrock Rovers, kick-off start at 7.05pm. Peter Collins presents coverage of this evening's Premier Division clash at the UCD Bowl, as the sides play their penultimate fixture of the season. The visitors are top of the table going into this fixture and can clinch the title with one round to spare, provided they claim a victory against the hosts, who have struggled for consistency on their own ground this term. Movie Pick: Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, Sky Movies Showcase, 10pm

Ruthless stockbroker, Gordon Gekko, is released from prison after eight years, reinventing himself as an author and lecturer warning against the dangers of the financial system. Gekko helps a young banker get revenge on the company that drove his mentor to suicide, but as always, has a crooked agenda of his own. Oliver Stone's sequel to his 1980s drama, with Michael Douglas, Shia LaBeouf and Carey Mulligan.
