Ah here, someone has stolen our favourite ever Irish flag with Polish writing on it
Is nothing sacred? Apparently not as some gouger has gone and stolen the genius flag that we showcased here yesterday.
The tricolour, emblazoned with the legend “Looking for a Husband? Talk to us” in Polish, disappeared in Sopot overnight. A plea has gone out on Twitter to locate the missing flag so if you have seen it, or know who has it, contact @JustMuller.
By the way, we now expect, nay demand, a huge security detail to be put on the lads with the Merkel flag and the Long-Cox one. They need to be preserved for posterity so we have some good memories from the highlight of the Euros for Ireland, the fans.
