You know how Wayne Rooney, you know, scored last night for England? Well he knows that you know, you know, but he couldn't help, you know, talking about his chances beforehand.

In total, the Manchester United striker uttered the words "You know" a staggering 22 times in a press conference last week ahead of the 1-0 victory over Ukraine with a YouTube clip that has just been released.

Now we at JOE don't know if you already knew that but we have decided to include the full video of Rooney's incredibly vivid descriptions of the challenge ahead, his thoughts on the England set-up and how they will fare against Cesere Prandelli's men this weekend.
