A new ballsy advert for testicular cancer is catching people's attention by suggesting men should play with themselves.

The series of adverts by a Peru company show men in their boxers and each has a different boys toy printed on it. The toys include a Playstation controller, a Rubix cube and a Blackberry.

In each of the adverts a hairy man stands in just his brightly coloured boxers. Each has a simple outline of the gadgets and games over where the prize jewels are kept.

The obvious message here is not to play with your junk but actually to check your testicles for lumps. And the message is actually pretty effective. The simple image is funny at first and then actually works to make people think about checking for cancerous lumps before it's too late.

The elasticised band on the boxers read: "Get your fingers a better use, examine yourself for testicular cancer".

It also makes you think, if we could get stuff on our boxers that women like to play with it could be a even better situation.
