A lot has been said in the past few weeks about Chelsea’s impending fixture list of 6 games in 16 days. Well they might want to have a look at Guernsey FC.

The Blues have had to re-arrange fixtures due to their Europa League involvement and FA Cup replay with Man Utd, with their squad strength set for a thorough examination following the international break. But before Rafa Benitez wallows in too much self-pity, he should cast an eye at the what the rest of March and April has in store for a team in the Channel Islands.
Guernesy FC play in the Combined Counties League Premier Division, the fifth tier of English football, and re-arranged fixtures because of the weather means that they have a hectic schedule ahead of them.
Starting today with an away fixture at Epsom and Ewell, they will play 20 games in 42 days, taking them up until the end of April.

Hat-tip Who Ate All The Pies
We will hear plenty more about Premier League sides complaining about fatigue and tiredness, but this bunch of part-time footballers would put them to shame.
The club currently sit in seventh place in the league table, though have quite a number of games in hand as you would expect. The side below them for example has played ten more fixtures.
They will hope to be flying high in April, but not to be shot down in May.
