So what's the general consensus on the new Ireland away jersey?
Ireland’s new away jersey got something of a mixed reaction in JOE Towers this morning, but what are your thoughts?
There have certainly been better Irish jerseys (The Adidas one from Italia ’90 is hard beat) and there have been worse (that God-awful orange strip worn in Macedonia all those years ago) and we think that this one falls somewhere in between.

It’s a bit on the plain side, with only the multi-layered green stripe running down the front to make it stand out, and we could take that or leave that particular feature to be honest.
Considering that Spain wear red and Croatia wear red and white jerseys, Ireland could conceivably go through the Euros wearing only the questionable green home strip, although we’ll have to change up against Italy if they win the toss.
So what are your thoughts on the new shirt, hit or miss? Feel free to let us know in the comment box below.

Have to admit it's lazy from Umbro, too close in design to the current home jersey.
Should have lost the collar.
Will also agree with earlier post about the sponsors logo. It needs to be removed either completely or to the sleeve. It confuses people here in the States. We would sell far more without the 'huge' logo.
Anyway, it's done now so let's get used to it.
Come on you boys in Green! (and white)
