Trap lucky the Cameroon FA are not his employers
In a move that could have Giovanni Trapattoni looking nervously over his shoulder, Cameroon have decided to suspend their manager following a run of bad results.

Goal magazine reports that French coach Denis Lavagne has been suspended until his contract runs out next month on full-pay after an embarrassing defeat to lowly-ranked Cape Verde.
Lavagne only took over as manager a year ago but results have not gone according to plan, and Jean Paul Akono has been appointed as interim coach for his second stint in the hotseat.
To put that in context, Cape Verde are ranked 77 places higher than the Kazakhstan side that came so close to causing a serious embarrassment for the Irish team.
The Cameroonian FA would seem to be reacting to a string of under-performances from their national side, something we are pretty confident the FAI will not do.
