Part of us applauds this celebration. Part of us can’t believe he is sober. But most of all, we can’t believe a player would do this on a yellow card.

Macedonian player Mario Gjurovski plays in the Thai Premier League for Muangthong, a team we have shown before for being creative when it comes to free-kicks.
And speaking of creativity, Gjurovski decided to celebrate his goal by pulling down his shorts and putting them on his head. Now don’t get us wrong, we thought it was funny. We’d go so far as to say it is one of the best celebrations we have seen all year for the sheer simplicity/laddishness of it all, but to do it on a yellow card was not the brightest idea he has ever had.
You see for a split second the moment he realises he has already been cautioned and that the early bath is on the way.
We’re not for a moment suggesting he was a bit tipsy while entering the field of play, but it does seem like the kind of stunt that would be pulled after a few bevvies.
Whatever his thinking, it was the end of his contribution to the game. But if nothing else, it gave the rest of us a cheap laugh.
