What a beautiful, beautiful goal.

Despite his career never taking off in the way it threatened to in the early days, there aren’t many football fans who wouldn’t know the name of Ricardo Quaresma. The former Barcelona, Inter and (very briefly) Chelsea winger was always a player who was brilliant in Football Manager and seemed to be linked with a move to an English club every summer but never quite delivered on what appeared to be vast potential shown in his early days. One thing he has always had a flair for, however, was great goals from long range and he scored one of his best ever efforts in the Europa League clash between Porto and Eintracht Frankfurt last night, cutting in from the left wing and almost nonchalantly curling it into the far corner from a near impossible angle. A lovely, lovely goal. Video via YouTube/HQFootball69
