Daniel Agger’s future at Liverpool is the subject of much debate at the moment, but a recent tattoo on his hand suggests that he wants to stay where he is.
The Danish centre-half is being heavily linked with a move to Manchester City and considering that the Premier League champions haven’t made a single signing yet this summer and could do with a centre half, it makes a fair degree of sense.
Despite a fairly lengthy injury record, Reds’ fans would be loath to lose a player of Agger’s ability, but with Brendan Rodgers admitting that every man has his price, the 27-year old could yet be on his way out of Anfield.
Whether the man himself wants to leave is a different story altogether, however, and a tattoo spotted on his knuckles at training lately would seem to suggest that he’s happy enough where he is.

As is evident if you look closely at the picture above, Agger turned up at Liverpool’s Melwood training ground with YNWA tattooed across his knuckles, a four letter moniker often used by Liverpool fans in reference to the well known Anfield anthem ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’.
You would think that a man who gets a tattoo such as that wouldn’t be on the verge of a move away from Liverpool, but then again, Agger is covered in ink and could probably come up with an alternative motive for getting the tattoo as opposed to reiterating his loyalty to the Liverpool cause.
It certainly won't go down too well at the Etihad if Agger does end up moving up the motorway to Manchester, but we're sure he could find a talented enough artist to change it to 'MCFC' if needs must.
