With Luis Suarez joining Liverpool from Ajax for £22.8 million, it is likely Fernando Torres will join Chelsea for a fee speculated to be over £45 million.

This will be providing Carroll accepts Liverpool's offer to join them - he has previously expressed a desire to stay at his boyhood club.
