Ronaldinho has still got it, but this goal has more than a hint of his infamous one against England in 2002 about it.
Brazilian superstar Ronaldinho had a fairly amazing game yesterday. Now plying his trade for Atletico Mineiro, the former Barca star scored three and set up two in a 6-0 win for his team against Figueirense.
But it was his first (above) that is getting all the attention this morning. Was it a cross or did he mean this? We know Ronaldinho would be just the sort of player to try this, just as he did to poor old David Seaman a decade ago.
As for the celebration, Ronnie’s step-father died of a heart attack on Friday so the tears were a genuine outpouring of emotion.
