For their Championship opener against Westmeath, Dublin will wear a special shirt with a very important message from suicide awareness group Pieta House.
Hot on the heels of the great work done by Cork, Carlow, and Derry, Dublin are the latest county to make important use of their famous GAA jersey.
The county today launched the special shirt their footballers will wear against Westmeath on June 1. Emblazoned with the logo of Pieta House and their current suicide awareness campaign called Mind Our Men, it should bring more much-needed attention to a massive issue for Irish men.
In the main picture above it's Danny Sutcliffe and Paul Flynn showing off the short while below RTE's Jacqui Hurley joins in.
Hats off to the Dubs, and Vodafone, for this gesture, the more we can do on this issue the better.
