Cork lifted a third successive Munster U21 crown tonight, and it meant a hell of a lot to their players.
Tipperary’s fine work at underage level in Munster football will have to continue as the Rebels annexed a third successive Munster U21 title tonight in rainy Semple Stadium.
Cork won handy enough, 1-17 to 0-9, with Mark Sugrue getting the goal as they won out by 11 points.

In Ulster Cavan also completed a hat-trick of U21 titles, beating Donegal 0-13 to 0-6in Brewster Park.
