Video: Remember G-G-G-Galway? There's a new version just in time for the All-Ireland Hurling Final

Possibly the most underappreciated GAA anthem of all time, G-G-G Galway, is back and it’s been given a revamp just in time for the All-Ireland Final tomorrow.

The song, of course, wasn’t an official anthem as such, it featured briefly as part of the ‘Ask not what your county can do for you’ GAA television ads a good few years back.

Featuring lyrics such as ‘Sam is going wesht I say/he says no way/I say way’, it was obviously written with football in mind, but the folks at Final Boss Media have given it a little bit of a makeover in time for the All-Ireland hurling final tomorrow.

We’re not sure what fans of the original will make of the booming, dubstep-like new version, but Galway supporters will be no doubt delighted that such a classic piece of work has been given another day in the sun.

Have a listen for yourself in the video above.

Kudos to the folks at Final Boss Media for their good work on this one
