If you weren’t already afraid of Davy Fitzgerald, you certainly will be after this scary and quite brilliant clip likening the Clare boss to Damien from the cult horror classic, The Omen.

After his sideline confrontations with some Limerick players, Treaty boss John Allen and a few of his former charges from Waterford earlier this season, the impish manager has certainly ruffled a few feathers in hurling circles this year.

His would-be challengers will be steering well clear of him once they catch sight of this frightening clip, however, which features Davy in the guise of Damien from The Omen, possibly the scariest character in horror film history.

Until now, the scariest clip we had seen of Davy Fitz was the hair-raising speech he gave in the dressing room while he was manager of Limerick IT, but this one is even more spine-tingling and is well worth a look for everyone who can handle it.

On second thoughts, Limerick fans heading to Semple Stadium this evening might want to give it a miss because after watching this, the sight of Davy in real life on the touchline might be too much to bear.
