Takes 10 minutes to serve and 15 minutes to cook
What you’ll need:
400g chicken mince
6 spring onions, chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
25g Parmesan, grated finely
25g fresh white breadcrumbs
What to do:
1. Mix the chicken with the spring onion, rosemary, Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Season well and shape into 4 large burgers. Make sure the BBQ is good and hot before cooking, and then grill the burgers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Be careful the burgers don't get stuck to the grill and fall apart.
2. Place half a bread roll on each plate and top with some lettuce and tomato. Pop a burger on each, then a spoonful of light mayonnaise and finish with the top half of the roll. Done.
Now sit back relax and enjoy the day.
