After 12 longs weeks Brian Maher's challenge to 'Get Ripped' is finally over and doesn't he look well.
Spin 1038 DJ Brian, who had previously ran Ultramarathons, nonetheless found himself out of shape a few months before his wedding. Enlisting the help of Optimum Nutrition and Fitness Dock trainer Dan Smullen, Brian worked his arse off and dropped over 18% bodyfat.

Brian is proof than if you work hard, eat right and really dedicate yourself to it, you can get in truly phenomenal shape in a relatively short space of time.
