Over the past few weeks multiple Ironman and fitness coach Ash Seynk has been giving JOE some practical but enlightening tips on triathlon.
If you're training for a triathlon then you'll know that JOE has been sorting you out with some great info and tips thanks to our good mate Ash Seynk, who just so happens to be a multiple Ironman himself, and the lovely folks at One Escape.
This time Ash takes us through the sometimes stressful task of disassembling/assembling your bike when training or partaking in a race abroad.
Easily your most expensive piece of kit, you really can’t take any risks when it comes to the upkeep of the machine you will spend several hours on during long distance events.
