Tote account holders and casual on-course players are in line for some bumper pay-outs in both Ireland and the UK in today's racing (Friday) with a series of attractive rollovers on offer.

Starting at home, and after some unexpected results at Fairyhouse and Clonmel over the last couple of days there’s a double Jackpot rollover at Dundalk.

The pool stands at €9,060 before a bet is placed today, meaning there will be a decent five-figure pool on offer when all the sums are tallied after Race 3 at 7.25pm tonight.

For the more ambitious among you, there’s also a Pick 6 rollover of just short of €11,000 this evening – you’ll have to pick the winners of the first six races to land that one. No sweat, eh?

In England, meanwhile, there’s a fine card at Newbury, with the Betfair Hurdle, a Grade 3 handicap with a prize fund of more than £150,000, the highlight.

There’s also a Grade 1 – the Betfair Novices Chase, which may be known to many as the Scilly Isles Novices Chase – and two Grade 2s, the second of which see last year’s Gold Cup hero Long Run test his credentials this time around.

The action there gets under way at 12.10 and there’s a Tote Jackpot rollover of £56,499. The UK Jackpot is the equivalent of the Irish Pick 6, so you’ll have to find the winners of the first six races on the card at Newbury but with that massive pool on offer it could be seriously worth your while.
