Rub in some salt and garlic and lash them on the pan for a few minutes (the grill is good too) until perfectly cooked. You can add some extra garlic to the oil if you wish.
Make sure you have some tasty little buns to hand to serve and then it is up to you what else you add. Add some jamon for extra flavour, add some Spanish cheese for some creamy goodness, add some salad to bring some crunch or just eat it straight up; you really can't go wrong.
One of these won't be enough for anyone as they are so tasty so make sure to make quite a few of these, there definitely won't go to waste.
And, just like our previous recipes for Pimientos de Padrón, Chorizo in red wine or Gambas Pil Pil it is so easy that you'll wonder why you having been knocking this up for years.
And don't forget, when you have a bash at this at home we want you to take a picture of the finished product and post it to Instagram. Just use the hashtags #campoviejo and #tapasenvy and check those out to see how everyone else is getting on with making tapas at home.
For further information check out the Campo Viejo Facebook page where your tapas pictures can win you some sweet prizes.
