What has John Hayes been up to since his retirement? Waiting to get stuck into a new Ultimate Steak Burger by the looks of it.

Hayes is notoriously reticent about taking his place in the public eye, although we suspect that might change a little following the end of his legendary Munster and Ireland career last season.

And while the current back of Irish rugby pros are currently putting themselves through a pretty harsh pre-season regime, the Bull is making the most of his free time, part of which at least he seems to have spent getting stuck into some burgers.
