Proving that some people will do just about anything for a bit of cash and that reality TV is really going too far, one man is selling his testicle for a quick buck.

The aptly named Extreme Cheapskates will air soon in the States and Mark Parisi has volunteered to have a testicle removed and replaced with an artificial orb. According to the New York Daily News, he will have his palm crossed with a considerable amount of silver - $35,000 to be precise - and the 35 year-old admits to regularly enrolling in clinical trials for money. “What you do is you go in and you donate one of your testicles, they replace it with an artificial one and when you check out after 14 days you get a cheque for $35,000,” Parisi calmly notes. 121 Mark Parisi, the ultimate cheapskate?
