Video: Forget the wrestler, this is the Honky Tonk Man

The German’s have from time to time produced music that has made us seriously question their taste. And here is another gem.

The Honky Tonk Man was a wrestler who was at the peak of his powers in the 70s and 80s, but this musician can justifiably claim to be the real deal.

Frankly, the video is a little disturbing and the clothes worn by the backing musicians are definitely of a certain taste. Even the back-drop of the garden gnomes is a little odd.

Still, something peculiar odd can be somewhat entertaining. We don’t expect it to be a chart-topping number, but our image of the Honky Tonk Man has been changed forever.
