Sporting clip: Czech Republic v Portugal, a blast from the past
With Cristiano Ronaldo finally hitting form, Portugal are more than likely going to steamroll the Czech Republic in the first of the Euro 2012 quarter-finals this evening.
If the Czechs are looking for inspiration, however, they could do worse than have a look back at Karel Poborsky’s fantastic winning goal when the sides met in the Euro ’96 semi-finals. It was that distinctive goal that helped Poborsky secure a post-tournament move to Manchester United, where he subsequently became an Old Trafford legend… sort of.

Jay-Z, Snoop and Eminem better watch their backs because there’s a new badass rapper called Max on the scene… and he’s still wearing nappies.
A song called ‘Milk in my Sippy Cup’ mightn’t have you running scared like some of the other offerings from Max’s contemporaries, but wait until you see the chilling and incredibly well-produced video. Certainly we have never seen a fire truck driven in a more intimidating fashion.
