The football might be nearly over but here’s another really good reason to go to Poland; their women appear to love Irish lads.

With all the doom and gloom around the country right now, pieces of good news have to seized upon. From economic woes to sporting heartbreak, the average Irish man hasn’t had much to shout about in recent times.

But this clip, easily the best thing to ever appear on a Craig Doyle TV show, should put a pep in the step of every Irish male. RTE sent Jennifer Maguire out to speak to the local women of Poznan to see what they made of us, the Irish male.

The results, from a number of very attractive local ladies, is a massive thumbs up for us. It seems that as far as Polish ladies are concerned every last one of us is a catch. This is spectacular news for most of us, and we fully expect an even greater exodus to Poland now than we ever saw before the Euros.
