Peter Simpson has a very cool job.
He’s been a brewer at Guinness in Dublin 8 for the past 7 years and he reckons it’s one of very few jobs that you can come home from work to your partner stinking of booze and escape the stink-eye.
We spent a full day with Peter at the Guinness site in St. James’ Gate and here’s Part 1 of our behind the scenes look at one the world’s most iconic breweries:
