An IT contractor living in Ireland ended up in trouble with an Amazon customer service rep after giving his experience with the site some negative feedback. Clearly, someone at Amazon took the criticism very personally - because the next time this guy opened up his amazon.de page in work, there was a conspicuous sex toy in his shopping basket. The victim was also given a €100 gesture of apology, and hints that the employee who had put the big old dildo in his shopping basket had been removed from their role.
