Anyone else think this might be a bit sarcastic?

In fairness to the person who posted this notice on Long Lane in Dublin 8, we'd like to know what kind of cretin would continue to leave bags of rubbish in the middle of a footpath, under a tree. Rotten, and hopefully the sign will get through to the guilty party.
