IndyCar Series driver, Will Power (seriously), was a tad ticked when officials made him race on a wet track. So he vented his anger like only a man can.
The drivers of IndyCar were forced to drive on a wet track after officials waved the green flag in the New Hampshire Motor Speedway race to restart after a crash.
The result in the wet track meant Danica Patrick of team GoDaddy.com spun her car while rounding a corner and managed to take several other cars out in the process, including Mr Will Power.
Majorly pissed at the organisers starting the race, Power flipped the double bird to them in the scoring tower. ABC networks showed the incident on network TV but they were quick to issue an apology.
Afterward, Power lashed out at IndyCar's Brian Barnhart for his poor judgment.
"He makes such bad calls all the time," Power told ABC's Jamie Little. "This has got to be it. They cannot have this guy running the show, because that was a decision that put a lot of drivers in danger. You saw how many people crashed on the front straight. It was no condition to race in. Shame on him."
The ABC commentators say Power could be “a little lighter in the pocket after that”. He won’t care. How often to you get to stick it to the man with the double bird, on live TV?
Skip to 4 minutes to see the birds let loose or watch the whole video to see the crash and the team manager's reaction.
