A rally diver and his co-driver over in the US somehow managed to survive this horrific crash with nothing more than a few bumps and bruises.
Jeremy Foley and his co-driver Yuri Kouznetsov suffered this horrific crash last week during the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Coming around a tight mountainside corner, Foley’s Mitsubishi Evo lost traction and went flying down the side of the mountain.
The section of road where the two lads went off is actually called “the Devil’s playground” as it’s an unforgiving barren rocky landscape that’s 14,000ft (4.2km) up in Colorado mountains.
Both Foley and Kouznetsov were airlifted to hospital, but thankfully they only suffered minor injuries.
After the incident, Jeremy wrote his fans on Facebook: "Yuri and I are okay, a little beaten up but nothing major.
"Thank you so much to everyone for their kindness and support - it is a wonderful feeling to feel so loved."
