If you've been on The Rock's Instagram page of late you'll have noticed a lot of Baywatch-related photos and it looks like the showing off is being match by his co-star. Zac Efron is set to star alongside Dwayne Johnson in Baywatch - due for a 2017 release - and the preparation for the roles look to be incredibly intense.
